Bobeaux Trucking operates a dedicated fleet providing Frac Sand Transportation to oil and gas companies operating in West Texas and New Mexico.  Bobeaux Trucking ​has an immediate position available in its Midland, Texas, office for a dynamic office manager with oilfield transportation experience.
  • Properly coordinates and dispatches drivers to appropriate location to meet customer and company requirements.
  • Correctly interpret and enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Provides log audit data through monthly, weekly and daily reporting
  • Audits driver’s daily logs for violation(s) of regulatory compliance
  • Establishes and maintains effective working relationship with terminal staff, management and owner operators/​drivers
  • Monitors Driver Qualification procedure including the components to ensure proper compliance from Federal, State company rules, regulations and policies to include: CDL, Physicals, and MVR Reports
  • Ensures safe and reliable vehicles are available to meet operational requirements
  • Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs, and outside vendor relationships
  • Develop and manage compliance process for relevant federal, DOT, state and local regulatory laws, ordinances, codes, standard specifications and plans 
  • Develop and manage safety program
Knowledge, Qualifications, and Skills required
  • Prior Oilfield Transportation / Dispatch / Compliance experience preferred
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of DOT rules and regulations
  • Experienced in auditing FMCSA Hours of Service Rules
  • Experienced in FMCSA Regulatory Compliance
  • Self-starter with excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to deal at all functional levels.
  • Ability to define processes and procedures as well as initiate tasks related to job requirements.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Quick learner with excellent work habits.
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.  
  • Ability to maintain files in a systematic and orderly fashion.
  • Reliability and trustworthiness coupled with flexibility and the ability to handle a variety of tasks.
  • Works well under pressure and strict deadlines, with constant re-prioritization of duties.
  • Maintains the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality regarding company information.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish a plus
